Enrollment at Tiny Masterminds Learning Center

We understand that choosing a childcare program is an important decision for your family. At Tiny Masterminds Learning Center, we strive to make the enrollment process clear, supportive, and family-focused from the very beginning.

How to Enroll

Our enrollment process is designed to be simple and welcoming:

1. Submit an Enrollment Inquiry
   Complete our online inquiry form or contact us directly to learn more about availability.

2. Schedule a Tour
   We encourage families to tour our center, meet our team, and see our classrooms in action.

3. Complete Enrollment Forms
   Once placement is offered, families will complete the required enrollment paperwork and submit applicable fees.

4. Confirm Start Date
   Upon completion of enrollment and payment of fees, your child’s start date will be scheduled.

Enrollment Fees

To secure your child’s placement, the following enrollment fees apply:

• Application Fee

  • $60 per child

  • $100 per family (multiple children)

• Annual Enrollment Fee

  • $30 per child

  • $50 per family (multiple children)

• Summer Program Fee

  • $100 per child

  • $120 per family

These fees help support administrative processing, materials, and program preparation and are non-refundable.

Tuition & Special Program Charges

• Weekly Tuition varies by age group and attendance schedule (2-day, 3-day, or full-time options available).

• Organic Lunch Program (Optional)

  • $25 per week

  • Provides nutritious, organic meal options for enrolled children.

• Before & After School Care is available for school-age children.

• CCAP Participation

  • Tiny Masterminds Learning Center accepts CCAP. Families using CCAP are responsible for any required co-payments.

Family Discounts

We are proud to support families who serve our community and those with multiple children enrolled.

The following discounts may be available:

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Multi-Child Discount

Families enrolling more than one child may qualify for a sibling discount on weekly tuition. Discounts are applied to the child(ren) with the lowest tuition rate.

🍎 Educator Discount

Certified teachers and school staff may qualify for a tuition discount as our way of supporting fellow educators.

🎖️ Military Discount

Active duty and veteran families may qualify for discounted tuition.

🚓 First Responder Discount

Police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and other first responders may qualify for a tuition discount.

Discount availability and amounts may vary and are subject to verification. Only one discount may be applied per family.

• Tuition is billed weekly and due in advance.

• Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance.

• Changes to schedules or enrollment must follow the center’s notice policies.

• Rates and fees are subject to change with advance notice.
